As all of our boxes are made by hand, we will aim to deliver all our family boxes and products between 3-5 working days and school orders within 10 working days. If you require your order sooner and we have the item in stock then get in touch with Claire our Head of Happiness at email@example.com or 01865 546145 and it may be that we can ship it on an express delivery service at an additional cost to you.
We ship our retail orders using a Royal Mail 48-hour service on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday and in December we will ship orders every day up until the last posting day before Christmas. All school orders are sent using a 48-hour overnight courier service. During busy periods we will do our best to send your order as soon as possible but please make sure you leave plenty of time as sometimes the delivery companies can get a bit ‘snowed under’.
Our delivery prices are detailed at the point of checkout, and we offer free delivery on family products over £60 and subscription products that are delivered to the UK.
If you would like your order to be shipped to a different address than the billing address, you can select this as part of the checkout process.
If you realise that the wrong delivery address has been selected and your order has NOT been shipped contact Claire our Head of Happiness ASAP on 01865 546145 or firstname.lastname@example.org and she will do her best to rectify this before the order is shipped.
If your order has already been shipped there are 3 options available to you:
- When it is delivered, refuse the delivery and the parcel will be returned to us, once we receive it back we can then forward it to the correct address, postage for which will be charged to your original payment method.
- When it is delivered you can change the address, take the parcel to your local post office and pay for it to be posted.
- When it is delivered, weigh the parcel at home and then pay for and print out your own label using the Royal Mail click-and-collect service where you can either arrange collection from your home or your local post office.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer the option to have your parcel delivered to a designated safe place. This may be something you can arrange with your local Royal Mail delivery driver or leave a note of request explaining where your parcel can be left if you are not home. This is at your own risk, if a tracked parcel shows as delivered on our system we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that go missing after this time. Royal Mail should leave a card to say where your parcel has been left, or if they are unable to deliver you will need to arrange a re-delivery or collect the parcel from your local depot.
For school orders, we do use a courier service where there is the option to leave in a designated safe place if necessary. Please specify this if needed at the point of ordering or speak to Claire our Head of Happiness on 01865 456145 or email@example.com and she can help you.
