The new Royal Marines Experience will bring to life the incredible stories, skills and spirit of one of the world’s most respected fighting forces. I’m particularly excited about the opportunities for visitors to get hands-on, challenge themselves and discover the science, technology and innovation that sit behind Royal Marines training and operations.

The Royal Navy has always been powered by innovation, problem-solving and curiosity, and hands-on STEM learning helps bring those stories to life. By giving people the chance to experiment, build, test and discover for themselves, we can inspire the next generation of engineers, scientists, technologists and creative thinkers while making learning fun and memorable.

There’s something for everyone, whether you’re visiting as a family or as part of a home-educating group. From interactive STEM workshops and engineering challenges to family trails, maker activities, curriculum-linked sessions and special events throughout the year, visitors can explore the fascinating science, technology and stories behind the Royal Navy in engaging and hands-on ways.
