Refund and Returns Policy
Happy customers are our top priority here at The Curiosity Box and we want you to be fully satisfied with the service we offer and the box you receive. For all products, you will have 28 days to notify us of any issues and 7 days from when you notify us to return the goods.
The returns period will expire 28 days from the day you receive your order. This applies to all cancellable goods.
Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 01865 546145 between 9am and 4pm or email Claire our Head of Happiness at email@example.com.
If we have not despatched your order, we’ll happily cancel it.
If your order is already on its way then we ask you to refuse your delivery when it does arrive, or return it to us at your cost to:

Please be aware that proof of posting is NOT proof of receipt and for this reason we recommend you use a signed-for-insured service.
Returning Faulty Goods
Very occasionally goods get damaged in transit or are faulty. If this happens, we will, of course, refund or exchange at no cost to you. Just contact Claire, our Head of Happiness on 01865 546145 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your goods don’t live up to your expectation, PLEASE let us know and give us the opportunity to put things right. We can usually sort it out quickly if pieces are missing or not working.
We’d much rather keep you as a happy customer than read reviews later about a poor experience.
What you can’t send back
Unfortunately, edible products in our Bake Off, Healthy Me and Slime boxes are non-cancellable and non-refundable. If any products from these boxes arrive to you damaged or faulty, we will be happy to exchange or replace the items.
Gift vouchers cannot be returned or refunded except in accordance with your legal rights.
They also cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred for value.
